Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-08
By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
CSOutpost ("the Service") is an automated posting tool. You provide a public Steam trade link; our system periodically posts trade-board messages built from your tradable inventory across the Steam groups in our directory, plus the public CS2 Trading Forum.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent.
- You must own the Steam account whose trade link you provide.
- You may not use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any activity that breaches Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your password and 2FA recovery codes.
- One person may hold one account. Multiple accounts to abuse trial/referral are not allowed.
- If your Steam account is banned, traded-locked, or restricted, posting may stop with no refund prorated for the affected period.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans (Pro, Elite, Ultimate) are described on the pricing page. Effective interval, group access, and post types are listed there.
- Payment is processed through NOWPayments in cryptocurrency. Once a payment is confirmed, the plan activates immediately.
- Refund policy: we offer refunds within the first 24 hours of a paid subscription if no posts have been generated. After 24 hours OR after first successful post — non-refundable.
- You may downgrade or cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation prevents next-cycle billing; current period continues to end-of-period.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices with 14-day email notice.
5. Trial
- Trial duration depends on your inventory value: $5000+ qualifies for 7-day trial; $1000–$4999 qualifies for 4-day trial; $200–$999 qualifies for 2-day trial; below $200 does not qualify.
- Trial requires Steam account age ≥ 6 months, Steam level ≥ 5, and a public inventory.
- One trial per Steam ID. Re-registering with a different email but the same Steam account does not grant a new trial.
- Inventory is checked at trial activation; later changes don't extend it.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not register with someone else's trade link or Steam ID.
- Do not attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the system, scheduler, or bot fleet.
- Do not share your account credentials.
- Do not use the Service to advertise non-CS2 content, scams, or off-Steam transactions.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100%. Outages caused by Steam itself, proxy providers, network providers, or force majeure are outside our control. We don't offer SLA credits at this time.
8. Posting behavior
Posts are generated from your inventory at activation/refresh time, prepended with your Steam trade link. We do not control how Steam group moderators treat such posts. Some groups may delete, restrict, or block our bots; we periodically rotate group lists.
9. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement;
- Engage in fraud, charge-backs, or abuse;
- Use multiple accounts to extend trial / referral incentives;
- Attempt to harm the Service infrastructure.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost trades, or Steam-side actions taken against your account. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Intellectual property
CSOutpost name, branding, and codebase remain ours. You retain ownership of your trade link, inventory data, and any custom post text you author.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 14-day email notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
Disputes are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Where a EU consumer protection law provides a higher standard, that standard applies for EU residents.
